The experts burning their semantic hair trying to unravel this puzzle have concluded that this new craze of the NFT is much akin to how people take to new commercial centers. The experts also wanted to fix a benchmark to find a mechanism to reveal how people allot worth to various resources.
Jordan Suchow, a mental academic at Stevens Establishment of Innovation, feels that since NFT trading records are public, it reveals why people are crazy about collecting NFTs and how their perception changes from time to time.

The Exhausted Primate Yacht Club NFTs were the focus of Suchow and his group for their principal mental investigation of NFT exchanging. Each Bored Ape is fascinating, and its mannerisms are unique and different. The most common is the gorilla in a striped sweater and is less in value when compared to another primate wearing, say, hoops or a suit.

As per Suchow, the NFTs are just like stamps, and just like logos are all identical until one is printed upside down, and this peculiarity surges its values. Something similar also happens with NFT; the circumstances and its rarity overflow its values.
